Our Planning Unit utilizes the ERP platform to meticulously organize each project. This includes
identifying the necessary resources, managing any restrictions and encroachments, identifying compliance requirements, securing needed permits, contacting customers, and scheduling and organizing work geographically for our crews.
The Planning Unit also prepares daily work orders for each crew, which are distributed electronically to them and their supervisors via an iOS app. This system ensures that all team members have up-to-date information and can access work orders efficiently.
Additionally, our platform supports field management by continuously tracking project progress and providing clients with pre-formatted daily or weekly reports, ensuring transparency and effective communication throughout the project's duration.
